Count von Roo is a character from NeoQuest II. He can be spoken to after defeating his captor, Meuka. Count von Roo reveals more backstory to the plot, explaining the problems with the Haunted Woods: that the sun is frozen in the sky. Von Roo claims he witnessed Spider Grundo, Balthazar, and Hubrid Nox working together, which begins a long chain of he said/she said statements from characters, which remains without a seeming ulterior motive, until the party speaks with Edna.
